FATAL ACCIDENT

Mansi Sharma – Today a PCR call regarding fatal accident was received in PS Najafgarh. On reaching at the spot i.e. near Louis Philippe Shop, main Najafgarh-Uttam Nagar road, Najafgarh, New Delhi,  a boy Gopal @ Priyanshu S/o Sh Jaugender R/o Roshanpura,  aged about 03 years was found on the spot. The injured was rushed to RTRM Hospital, in CAT ambulance where he was declared brought dead. Hence a case U/s 279/304A IPC  has been registered on the complaint  Sh. Jugender s/o Ram Vakil (father if deceased child) in PS Najafgarh.
Furrher DTC driver, Sunil s/o Rajender r/o VPO Gubhana, Distt Jhajjar, has been apprehended and further legal action is being taken.
Body of deceased has been  preserved for PM examination.
